This was my first time here, and it was wonderful! Cece (I hope I spelled her name correctly) took such good care of me!! She was gentle, but through, and meticulous about applying the nail polish. The foot rub/massage almost put me to sleep, I was so relaxed! I’ve found my new nail spot, and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!!

I used to love coming here until today I walked in and they falsely accused me of walking out on a $20 for acrylics they said I said I would come back and never came back and paid. Mind you I have not gotten acrylics done in over a year so I was happy I got this as a birthday present. They told me they couldn’t help me today and kicked me out rudely in front of a full salon. I told them they probably mistaken me and they said no they were sure it was me. I will never come here again I have never felt so embarrassed in my life. Don’t waste your time here getting embarrassed and falsely accused. I didn’t even know they let people come back and pay later if they didn’t have the full amount smh. So if u owe them $20 go pay them so they’re not accusing people for other peoples wrong doing

I decided to try it since it was close to home. Ew! There was foot shavings on the floor so decided on just a manicure. I felt like I was rushed, usually at my regular place they use a cotton ball soaked in acetone to remove the dip polish or acrylic- here they brought out a soup bowl and made me soak my fingers in acetone- acrylic got all over my hands. Then the girl who did my nails was kinda in a rush, no actual manicure, just took the dip off and put this on. It looks okay from far but it’s lumpy. They used old tools, the brush they used to dust the acrylic looked like it was from lowe’s for tile- and it was all dusty. The oil she used on my cuticles she dipped right back in to the old oil for use on others. Oh and $50! Normally I get a clean job done for dip and it’s $40. I was so disappointed when I got home and really looked at my nails. I would suggest being clean, cleaning between clients and investing in clean new tools and switching out things between people.

Horrible customer service. The man or woman with short bowl haircut that did my pedicure was extremely rude. He didn’t listen until I told him 3x! that I wanted to soak my dip nails off on my hands and he still tried to rip them off and I got mad and said it hurt. Not only that but he’s either lazy or doesn’t know how to do nails. He couldn’t even do a simple design from the looks of it. And for what I asked for he wanted to over charge gel!. Also made me pay before continuing anything else. That was uncomfortable for me. He made it seem like I couldn’t pay. Maybe because of the way I was dressed, doesn’t matter it was unprofessional. So rude. I just paid for my pedicure and left. Couldn’t stand his rude vibes. I will never come back here again. Don’t waste your money. Find an independent non chop shop!

The initial service itself was a good service. The customer experience was awful. They do not have color books / stacks – they have single nails that are painted and in a cup on sticks so to look through them one must pick one by one . I walked in and was immediately told to sit in a chair so could not pick a color . When it got time to paint I was asking to see the colors behind the man to which he got super frustrated sighing so loudly and throwing stuff around the entire salon was looking . A woman I’m assuming the owners ordered me to go look at the cups for a color and I tried to but at that point they were all talking very loudly , looking at me again with the sighing clearly frustrated because it was starting to get busy and I wasn’t picking a color fast enough ( had been a minute or so btw) . As a person who struggles with anxiety I felt myself shrinking I kept glancing at the clock and the colors trying to choose as fast as I could . After another moment or so I quietly asked if I could just go ahead and pay so they can move on to other customers and that was also met with very loud frustrations . I was able to pay for the service – paying full price for a partial service – tipped well regardless and left . It was humiliating.
