HERBAL NAIL BAR

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBRIDAL PARTY DISASTER!!! We had the WORST experience here! I called 4 days in advance for our bridal party of 4 to make an appointment, I even came into the salon the day before to let them know each girls service ahead of time to make everything as smooth as possible. We walk in and are asked to wait 10 mins while they get our chairs ready and we pick colors….. AN HOUR of being ignored later they seat us in cold water. Only 2 girls started receiving services. The other 2 of us waited an additional hour(2 water changes later) to even start pedicures. I had asked for gel pedicure and was given polish, when I mentioned he used polish he aggressively removed the polish while rolling his eyes at me, I ended up having to peel gel off all my toes including the front of my toes, some parts I couldn’t take off or the entire nail polish would pull off.. Then when they finally started my nails the nail tech tried to start a whole new customer in the middle of my service!!!! When the manager came and stood BEHIND me yelling at the nail tech clapping her hands to finish my nails AWKWARD!!! They did not offer ANY type of discounts for the wait or the terrible service we received. THEN the bride’s RING FINGER nail broke the night before the wedding! We only did nails 2 days before. There is absolutely NO reason for that. I went back to the salon the next day to ask for a refund and was told after the manager arguing that I could have my money back but she needed me to come back because she was in the middle of a service.. Cool….EXCEPT when I took more time out of my day to come back for my refund the day of the wedding and was told I had to have my nails and toes “Marked”(Ruined) to receive any refund. The manager KNEW there was no way we could do this the day of the wedding and said that was the only way we would receive a refund. Absolutely horrible customer service.
