I’m new to the area. Someone told me about this store yesterday and I went right away. I immediately felt at home. For such a small store they have a little bit of everything (homeopathic) in it. I suffer from severe insomnia and I went in for valerian root. The staff that helped me suggested another product that she felt worked better and I must say I slept better than I have in many years. She also gave me a free shot of a wonderful tonic and more information. I will be a frequent shopper at this store.

Bad customer service, i got an product come to find out the product i gotten that they told me would work, wasn’t what i was looking for, i should have really took my time to read the product before i got it but because i was in the rush i come to find out while giving it to my friend that it wasn’t the right product, i went to return the product and it was open at all! And within 7 days to return i was in the 6 days mark, lost story short the lady that was working there couldn’t do my return because she couldn’t do it! She was very nasty to me and wasn’t trying to hear me out so she called the supervisor and what was told i had to come back tomorrow to get the return, i feel like to have an business you need someone to know how to do returns for customers not wait til next day! While on the phone with supervisor she talked over me and wasn’t trying to hear me out! Just make sure the product u getting is the right one so you won’t have to deal with the disrespect

I dont normally write reviews but I really have to for this business. First and foremost I must say, “Nasty attitude.” I called to inquire about colon hydrotherapy and the woman, apparently girl, that answered the phone was extremely rude.. Customers are the ones who make your business flourish, without customers you won’t have a business. Be respectful to people and you’d be surprise how many customers you acquire. Herbal infusion needs to infuse positive attitude in their employee(s). Bad employees brings bad business.
