I had booked my appointment for my eyebrows threading and facial. Also, I confirmed with the receptionist three times to make sure they were able to provide those services for me. However, as I was driving into the parking lot, the receptionist called and said they can’t do them anymore as they had overbooked people. They never provide services on time and cancel on customers last minute. They ALWAYS overbook people because it seems like money is the only thing they really care about. This place and the people who work here are very unprofessional and do not value or respect their customers. Please avoid this place at all cost!!

She burnt my face with wax. Its not totally her fault. She told me to do threading on my face as I told I have sensitive skin and I am quite hairy on my face. But I didn’t know I will get burnt. At first I thought It might be just rash and even tipped her. I took ice with me and rubbed ice on my face. But when I was coming back my face was burning like hell. I had to go to pharmacy and apply burn relieve cream and aloe-vera gel. Now I don’t even know that the marks will totally go or not. So disappointed.If i could I would post a picture of my face here.

Excellent Service! I am 1 week late writing this review. I walked in Herb Salon just to get my Eyebrows done, and she did it really well I didn’t get pain , no skin cuts nothing. I was so impress with the work and I got my waxing , haircut done ! Chitra is the Girl..I can easily tell she is the best experienced person. I already heard that she does fantastic Facials so I am going for it next week.

Excellent service provided and a very good ambience! The beautiful owner of this parlour (Hema) is very friendly to her customers and suggests you whatever is good for you or your skin. I have been a regular customer of hers since 2014. And I just love the way every time I go there, I feel so satisfied with their services. She has a very friendly and good staff. I go here every month for body waxing, eyebrow threading and facial treatments and I am totally satisfied. Could ask nothing more at this price!

I’ve been going here for almost two years and have never had a bad experience. Hemu is always professional and makes sure I am happy with whichever service I’m paying for. She is accommodating in regards to my schedule–there have been times that I’ve been in the area earlier than when my appointment is scheduled. I will email her or call the shop to see if I’m able to come in earlier and she is always pleasant and usually able to switch times. She is responsive to messages, as well. The prices here are more than reasonable and the customer service is above average. I highly recommend this business!

Love this place! The lady who does my hair removal is so absolutely nice and when my mom went in to get her done she offered a 75% discount which is absolutely amazing and so generous of her! On top of this she is just so kind with everything and even reminds of appointments sometimes which really comes in handy, definatly would recommend any day to anyone!

Very friendly & welcoming atmosphere! After eye surgery I could no longer see to do my own brows, so I had been looking for to place that would meet my expectations. I was beyond pleased with the results of my threading, my brows were perfect & my face baby soft. Next time I would like to try facial as well. I would highly recommend Herb Beauty Parlour!

I have purchase the brazillian hair removal package from here (6 sessions) and I started seeing results right after the first session! Hema, the owner, is very friendly and explains everything prior to service for your understanding. Definitely recommend. Haven’t tried any other service yet but there is a whole list of beauty service listed.

The salon is maintained very well and has several different facilities available. I usually get my eyebrows threaded there and Hema (the owner) does them. I love them everytime! Great place for all your haircare/makeup/etc. needs I highly recommend it!
