Hair loss is embarrassing, it is awkward, it is not sexy! It is especially not Fair. Going to Helen and Jo I felt understood. I wasn’t diminished or “less than” because of my struggles with hair loss. I felt like I was in my community. I had had color, strategic color, whatever that is… extensions that just unfortunately caused more hair loss (traction alopecia), I think I tried everything except a wig! When I went to Helen I was so sad, depressed, thinking I had no options except maybe a wig…which she does beautifully to my viewing. I started with one kind of hair replacement, but ultimately ended up with another based on my scalps response. Helen made a contract with me at the beginning with an evaluation and when my hair/scalp didn’t respond as expected she changed it up and advocated for a different method to fix my hair loss issues at no additional cost because she said so. Her word was a bond. I love her and Jo! Helen makes me feel like family. I can tell her anything with no judgment. Everything we do health wise affects our hair, skin and nails.
