Asked for a haircut, showed an exact picture of what I wanted, left heartbroken cuz it was much shorter than I asked for. I left with my hair wet because they told me when I scheduled they were squeezing me in and didn’t have time to, so when I came home and styled it the cut is so choppy and has such thick bulky areas.
