I work next door and ever since they opened I have been dying to go, I made a last minute appointment to get a full set of acrylics and they took me with no problems! The entire salon is extremely clean and very friendly! I believe my nail technician was Ricky, he did An amazing job! He was very precise about the shape of my nails and I love that! Not many nail techs these days take their time with that step but he does! This whole place you can tell all of the techs know what they’re doing! I got Valentine’s Day nails and I love them! I have nothing but good things to say about this spa!

This place is immaculately clean, beautiful and bright. I had a wonderful Nail Technician named Kenzie who took such care to help me with an injury to my nail. After seeing all the great reviews about this place and Quinn, I decided to give it a shot as it had been a while since I’ve treated myself! I couldn’t have been more pleased! I usually never do designs, but wanted to do something different and I think Quinn nailed exactly what I was hoping for. She is so sweet and talented! Overall, I had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning. It’s nice having a new go to nail place that’s so close to home. 🙂

Second time was definitely NOT charm! I walked in and asked to have a gel fill and was told it would be a 30-minute wait, which was fine for a walk-in and it actually only took about 15-minutes to get me seated. That’s when the problems started. The man doing my nails seemed not to be listening to me at all, from the very beginning. I’d shown him a photo (included belie) of the shape/style I wanted. All the while, he was saying, “Yeah, yeah… round… okay… I got it,” but he kept talking to another woman who worked there. Since he still hadn’t located it, I thought they were trying to find the color I’d asked for. I offered to choose another if they couldn’t find it and he dismissed me, saying he was trying to find one for someone else… while he was working on my nails and still hadn’t found the color I’d requested. I was starting to feel like an inconvenience and should have stopped him right then. A few minutes later, while he was cutting my nails down, I thought he’d said something to me and I asked him to repeat himself. Without even looking at me, he pointed to his AirPod and said, “I’m on the phone,” as though I was interrupting him. (Dude! Make your calls on your own time! RUDE!) He remained on the phone the entire time, and rushed his work on my nails, which came out entirely too thick and too short. It legitimately looks like I have round, hard candies for fingernails! His “work” is NOTHING like the photo I showed him, not even close to the shape I wanted, are not uniform/matching, and the gel coating is a full 1/8″ THICK!!! Not only do my nails look ridiculous, but this man had the audacity to CHARGE ME A $6 FEE FOR CUTTING MY NAILS DOWN! Where on earth is cutting nails not part of a $50 gel fill???? (Especially one that took the tech less than 35-minutes, start to finish, $6 cut-down and all!) Never. Again.
