The actual hair services are nice, but there is s major issue with scheduling an appointment. Called Tuesday and left a message with the stylist. Did not receive a call back by Wednesday, so I called again around 12:30. Talked with the stylist who stated she would call me back in 20 minutes. Almost 24 hours later I still did not receive a call back, so I called for a third time. I was put on hold. After 10 minutes on hold, I hung up and started the search for another salon. I have been going to this salon for over a year and this has been an ongoing issue. The younger stylists may need training on the importance of following up with the clients.

I got a mani+pedi the day before my wedding. I’ve never gotten it done before. I chose Hers & His because it had been there a long time so I figured it was one of the best options. Christine and I had talked on the phone prior to my appointment that I would get gel polish for both because it would last longer. For my toes, the black polish flooded the cuticles, and the clean up looked horrible. It made my feet look dirty. And she used a polish that I recognized from the dollar store! For my fingernails, I chose a light pink color. She didnt even cover my whole nail with polish before curing them. When I left, I realized it was a peach color which looked terrible with my fair skin. There was no way I was going through with that color for wedding photos. So I texted her to see if she wouldnt mind taking the color off. She said she could do another color, but my now husband and I had plans with family, seeing as it was the evening before our wedding. I was not offered even a partial refund, but I didnt have to pay for getting the polish getting taken off my fingernails. Woo. I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone if that is how all the nail techs do nails. This was a horrible first experience.
