The receptionist Jaycee was extremely sweet and able to get me in on a last minute cancellation. My assistant was very kind and patient. Dr. Hensley was very thorough and listened to my every concern and made me feel comfortable. I was in and out with very little wait time. Front desk was awesome at check in, however. Dr. Hensley was absolutely horrible! Very rude, belittling and no bedside manner. We received a referral from our PCP that’s the only reason we went here. Every question I asked he would fire back with some bs answer almost like he didn’t want to help or that I didn’t have any other options than what HE gave. When I mentioned the other option I have read about and also our PCP implied he stated “well they wouldn’t know what we do here” and when I mentioned anesthesia OR cream he mentioned “yeah if you want to pay $400 and wait six hours but who has time for that” like seriously?I never write reviews, but this needed to be said. Absolute worst doctor I have ever seen!!If you have kids/referral DO NOT GO HERE!! Ask for a second opinion.

Absolutely terrible experience. Dr. Hensley had some of the worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen. He was so rude and condescending to me, and seemed irritated and rushed the entire time. I cried in my car afterwards for being treated so poorly. I wish I had read reviews beforehand, because now I see that this is a very common trend, and it’s very disappointing that he is not responding and improving his patient experience based on feedback. I will definitely not be going back.

The front staff very friendly and helpful right from booking my appointment to checking me out. Dr. Hensley was professional yet friendly as he inquired what the reason was for my visit today. As he assessed my need and provided the treatment today I found his approach to be kind, knowledgeable, with a touch of humor which to me is a refreshing and I reccomend him whole heartedly.

Dr. Hensley offers very personal care to all of his patients. I appreciate that he is always very prompt in his appointments. I have never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes to get in at my appointed time. He communicates with you clearly on any skin issue you may have, and any the after care needs if an issue was treated in the office. He will call you PERSONALLY with any lab results – which I certainly admire. Most doctors now depend on their staff for that. I highly recommend Dr. Hensley.

Front office was efficient and kind. My appointment was on time but I felt rushed. Dr. seemed hurried, communicating with staff while I was describing my condition. He quickly examined me and told me the only way to find out answers was by sending sample to lab. I listened while at the same time processing what he was telling me. Next he asked me to lay down and in a matter of seconds he informs me I am going to feel a sting and I was to tell him when the stinging stops.

I have to say that Dr Hensley’s office and staff are top notch ! I was treated more like family than patient. The office lounge was warm and well furnished. The staff were cordial yet professional. Dr Hensley is knowledgeable and proficient when it comes to Dermatology. I especially like the fact that I didn’t have to wait long to be seen by this busy doctor.

Going to Dr. Hensley is the best thing I have ever done for my skin and my self confidence. He gets straight to the point, answers any questions I have about dermatology, and I haven’t spent more than 15 minutes in his office. In only five months the progress has been amazing. 10/10 recommend.
