Great customer service! I came in with a reference photo and they did great. I’ve went other places and sometimes when I’d show a photo it felt like I was annoying the tech or asking for to much(even though I’m paying for it). But Henri was very friendly and did not hesitate to do what I asked for. Plus they went above and beyond by giving me and my friend a $10 gift certificate to use when we go back to get a fill in. It was completely unexpected and very kind of them. I attached the reference photo and my completed nails.

I went in with my daughter to get our nails done! I specifically say acrylic set for 30$!!! They went straight to the gel! Which is 50$ without asking us. I felt they should have only gotten paid 30$ as I had asked for in the first place. Not sure we will be going back. Nails didn’t turn out to bad. Got the color changing polish!! Cold they turn a darker cooler! Warm they turn a lighter color!
