Critical: Quality, ValueAs nice as they were, I wouldn’t recommend coming here for threading or waxing. I got my eyebrows threaded and upper lip waxed.My eyebrows came out uneven. They looked nothing like my reference photo. I had full grown bushy eyebrows coming in so that it would be easier to shape my eyebrows. She quickly glanced at my reference photo and proceeded to make it a completely different shape. Also, She didn’t brush off the threaded hairs so when I opened my right eye, I got a few hairs in my eye. And to top it off, my eyebrows came out uneven :/For my upper lips, it was really quick but I left the salon with wax still on my upper lip.There was no line at all whatsoever so I don’t understand why she couldn’t take a little longer to make sure my eyebrows were done evenly and that I didn’t walk out with wax still on my upper lip. I’ve gone here several times and always have been greeted so warmly. The ladies are super sweet and ask me during the threading process whether I’m satisfied with my eyebrows or not. I’m not good with remembering names, but the two ladies that I’ve gone with do a clean and thorough job; my eyebrows are just the way I want.

First time going here, they got me in and out quickly, and my brows are on pointe. The workers were all super nice and the lady who did my brows was super gentle. Usually getting my eyebrows threaded is a stressful experience and I was quite relaxed the whole time, even when she was doing the under side of my brows which are more sensitive. I will most definitely be back!

Update 6/23- this studio is open again post Covid and it was very safe . The only thing I wish Is that they’d get rid of the touch screen check in temporarily, but I believe it is connected to their register . So, next time I’ll bring gloves for that portion. They had hand sanitizer next to it but again not ideal . They cleaned all statins and wore clear plastic coverings . I can see it getting tricky though if you do more than eyebrows . Again they are following good procedures and make folks wait outside if more than 4 customers .

Lovely place! I went there today with my mom to get our eyebrows threaded and also decided to get matching henna tattoo for mothers days . There was a young girl who did it and I was very pleased with the results. She did it just the way I wanted.I would definitely recommend her … I think her name is Shreya…. go get it people!!!

I only been here once and this was my second time. Never go back over there. As you get in you need to sing up and wait for them to call you. They don’t even bother to call you by your name. They just call you “excuse me”. so you know its your turn. Didn’t like that at all. After all whats the point of writing down names if you are going to call me excuse me!!!!
