I scheduled a hair appointment at bodies kneaded/Hendrickson hair salon with Bri Johnson. I was quoted $75-$110 and the service ended up being $156. I could’ve lived with this if I would’ve been happy but my hair looked terrible. The highlights were only on the top not on the side or the back. I had told her that I wear my hair up a fair amount of the time so I had almost black hair near my scalp with no highlights except for on top. I was a coward and didn’t confront her before I left and for that shame on me. But when I asked for a partial refund she said she’s an independent contractor And would not refund any of my money.. The salon would not do anything to remedy the situation so I strongly advise not using them.

Angela does an AMAZING job at working out my problem areas. Always clean, always professional, always friendly… This visit was a little different for me. I mentioned to the receptionist that my daughter was having issues after an allergic reaction to a new makeup brand. She had me speak with the esthetician right away and we worked together to find a product that will help her skin to heal. I could not be happier with my experience!
