Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWORST EXPERIENCE EVER and I’ve never left a review before on any service until now.The first picture is what I asked for and the second is what I got… THREE hours later. I showed them the picture and told them I wanted the ombré plus glitter on the ring finger at least 5 times. The girl said that she could do it, then just decided to do SNS plain grey instead without consulting me or telling me she was unable to do ombré. She ignored me when I asked during the SNS if she could do ombré with SNS. After asking her to remove the SNS and do ombré instead, she said she couldn’t and passed me on to another woman who “would fix my nails.” Well, she spent another 45 minutes on them and instead of doing what I asked, she attempted to paint white streaks on top of my SNS and then used a used eye makeup applicator to “smear it.” It looked even worse and got red glitter from the brush on and under my nails so I asked her to remove that (they wouldn’t clean the underside of my nails though and there is still red). I didn’t get one apology or offer to do the nails I disliked. Per the lady “that’s acrylic not SNS” but I never asked for SNS, I just asked them to do my nails like the picture and they refused to do the acrylic to fix it. They even kept on SIX WEEK OLD tips on my nails and did SNS over it because they were too lazy to do new ones despite me asking. Never going back!
