This place seems horribly run, the paint makes it look like an old Asian beauty parlor/spa, there’s a lot of disagreement on how to proceed with procedures, I got told off for getting upset while in pain because “hur hur, your insurance isn’t valid!” When it is. They offered to break my rootcanal into 3 payments, I told them I couldn’t afford $350 right now. They asked me how much money I had. You can’t ask me that.

Absolutely refer this place for your beauty and grooming needs. Everyone is good when it comes to eyebrow threading and waxing. For haircut, Hemali is the BEST, you won’t find one like her nearby. Pricing wise, it is pretty affordable and they are not at all over priced.

Worst customer service – they dint even greet us when we entered and rushed through the service. It was evident that they don’t care about their customers and want to try to service as many people as possible by compromising quality.

Really bad customer service. My wife complained to me after I picked her up. She told them what she wanted and they tried to do a bait and switch and ask her for more money when she got there. Do not recommend.

1 star for the customer service. So they are cheap and affordable. But they could make lots of money if they only did ONE THING! And that is customer service, greet the people when they walk in say hi how are you . Welcome , this that . Anything dude . So quite and so cold and the face is unwelcoming . And I understand english is limited and that’s totally fine , but the face expressions isn’t limited .

Really friendly staff. Great prices. $7 for brows and $3 for upper lip I think? I used to go to Briarwood Mall to get my eyebrows done but they were so expensive and often they didn’t do a good job. The lines were also long at Briarwood, so I felt rushed when lots of people were waiting. I feel like the staff at Hemali’s actually know what they’re doing and follow the line of growth for eyebrows. I’ve seen such a dramatic improvement and will continue to go. I’ve never had to wait longer than a few minutes at Hemalis’s and I usually go around 430/5pm in the evening. I’d highly recommend. They also have a $25 Brazilian wax that people speak highly off. I haven’t tried it, but hope to soon. I just started doing their $25 hair oil treatments…they are AMAZING.
