I used to live in a very large city, and I went to MANY professional massage therapists. Not a single one compares to Jo Ellen’s earnest care and dedication to relieving the pain and tension in my problem areas. She took time to make sure I was warm enough and comfortable before the session began. She listened to where I felt the majority of my pain came from, and focused 95% of our time there. That meant so much to me because when I go for a therapeutic massage rather than a relaxation massage I don’t care if the other parts of my body get rubbed, I just want the painful parts to be addressed. She found areas of my body that I didn’t even realize where tight, and molded then back into place like a potter with their clay. She could tell just by touch which areas were sore, and used pressure points all around to trigger relief. If I had the income I would go to her daily. I would feel in my body as young as I feel in my mind! Although I want selfishly to keep her for myself, I tell everyone I know about the absolute blessing that is Jo Ellen and Helping Hands Massage Therapy.
