Despite being an avid CrossFitter for 6 years and living an overall healthy lifestyle, I have been dealing with a plethora of health issues for over a year and was recommended by my chiropractor to go to Zech since my body has been locked up from trauma, stress, toxicity, etc.. Zech does a great job using deep tissue massages to smooth out those knots in the muscles which helps to reduce pain. He can find knots where you didn’t even know you had them! I see him every week because of arthritis in my back and he really helps me!

I was referred to Zechariah from my other massage therapist. I was nervous about going to a male massage therapist, but I was so impressed on how professional he is. I was dealing with bad muscle tension. With his experience he was able to provide long last relief. He also, has great hours for those who work 8:30am to 5:30pm hours.
