Mindy is amazing at what she does! From the moment I booked the appointment it was a positive experience. Her website was easy to navigate, informative, and she always made herself available for any questions I had. The space is STUNNING. Located in the heart of Bristol, RI- it’s a historic building with tons of character. Once you walk in, you feel like you’re in your own world of relaxation. Mindy books each appointment with you in mind, so there is no one else in the space when you are getting your massage. It feels so private and relaxing. Not to mention, Mindy’s skills when it comes to massage therapy. Her pressure is absolutely amazing and she is sure to check in with her client to make sure you are comfortable. I felt so relaxed by the end of my massage that I literally didn’t want to open my eyes. I am SO glad I found HELM, I have been on the hunt for a great massage therapist and a space that I truly look forward to visiting. HELM checked off all the boxes! BOOK NOW!

I had an amazing experience with Mindy! I had the breakers massage(deep tissue) and I was a bit nervous that it would be too much but she checked in with me constantly about the pressure and made me feel so comfortable, it was a very relaxing and effective session and I can’t wait to go back for more! The place and atmosphere is very inviting and cozy and she has a great energy and touch!
