Ruth literally is the goat I don’t want anyone else ever again in life I’ve tried before and was never able to finish after 3 try’s I came to hello sugar and got Ruth she got me together I am so bald I can’t believe it. Once the pain is gone it’s gone so she does a great job it literally only hurts while it’s being ripped. I am very pleased got my membership and I’ll be back every 4 weeks I won’t miss for the simple fact she motivated me to keep going even after I asked her to stop lmao she would say something encouraging then *pull* lolll. I had a lovely experience getting the Brazilian done. The esthetician was thorough and professional! The only thing the location is a bit hard to find so I would recommend arriving a few minutes early so you don’t run late. Also there is no real human to speak to if you call the company as they use an outside service that only texts you. But other then that which to me hold not weight in regards to the service it self I don’t have any real complaints.
