From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. My tech was Jenean and she is incredible. She is so warm and friendly. We talked the majority of the time which was a nice distraction from the mild discomfort of getting waxed. Also she was so very thorough and I highly appreciate that. My esthetician was extremely pleasant, easy to talk to, and super thorough during the service. I would love to give 5 stars but I’m only giving 3 because I feel there are things that they could do to enhance the client experience that they are currently lacking. I left with an injury from the brow wax and now have a scab across my eyelid, and because they weren’t comfortable enough or prepared the materials enough to perform a sugaring, I accepted a waxed Brazilian instead. It turned out to be lovely and thorough but my bill was not adjusted to reflect the change of service. Overall I would try again when they gain more experience because personality does go a long way for me.

My Aesthetician was the best I mean for the first time ever getting a wax she was very considerate very comforting very welcoming , everyone had me scared about it the pain the experience but she made that experience so much more comforting then painful and she knew exact What she was doing! She told me her technique for waxing for the pain and all . I’m glad I had Destiny and I she is my go to. I never want to shave again! I feel great! I received a promo to try out this place. I paid a little extra and scheduled a full Brazilian instead of the free bikini wax. I originally selected sugar but after taking a look, my waxer Destiny (great!) recommended the hard wax instead. She did a great job and was very thorough. There was good music playing and we had a great conversation throughout. I had no problem with the quality of the wax or customer service. My only comment is to allow clients to dress and undress in private. I’d definitely return.

Destiny was amazing. She has gentle hands! I came in with a minor dilemma and she managed to fix it! I’m so excited to start my membership with her, it’s a good deal and you get 10% off all services. There is a $5 start up fee for memberships which she probably told me about but I didn’t catch it until I saw my receipt but other than, that no surprises! My waxed body part came out smooth and without irritation. She is amazing and the whole experience was wonderful! Unlike commercial wax centers, she took her time and even kept in communication with me until I found her studio. She is located in a building with other beauty related companies so it is a little hard to find. Thank you Destiny!!! Can’t wait to see you again!
