I had Veronica. She was, hands down, the best wax lady I’ve ever had…and I’m in my late 30s. I have super sensitive skin, turning purple and puffy after waxing. There was no pain, no purple, no puff. Barely even any pink. And Veronica was so pleasant, professional, and personable. I’m definitely switching to this salon and will be booking with Veronica again. Highly recommend.

Kelsey was awesome! There was an little bit of miscommunication in the beginning but she was very helpful in making my sure I was able to still get the service I had an appointment for. The whole appointment was easy and quick! Felt like it never even happened. But she did a great job at keeping me calm during the whole appointment. Veronica was amazing and so friendly !! I was so nervous because I only saw reviews about one aesthetician named Kelsey, but I took a chance with Veronica and I’m so glad I did! She made me feel so comfortable for my first time getting waxed and sugared. She explained the whole process to me and made me more calm. The first time I came to this place, the person did well and I had no issues after the appointment. After the second time, I had a horrible experience. My underarms were left burning and in pain for a day. I had to do a lot after care to treat redness, itching, and even bruising. The irritation took about 2 weeks to subside. I have sensitive skin and had voiced this to the waxer. Unfortunately, I will not be going back here.
