As it turns out, I was actually scheduled after the lady who poorly reviewed the service before me and she had already attempted to have my appointment delayed for her own personal quarrels. I deeply valued and appreciated Treasure’s willingness to value the clients who arrive on time over people who don’t respect the time of others. The service was exceptional. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep for the facial and the waxing was stellar. I personally prefer the sugar wax and have received services from both Treasure and Asia. I can say, without situational bias, they are very well trained! They also stay busy so if you actually want a top notch quality service, be sure you show up on time! Map it out if you have to so you don’t miss a single second of the experience.

I was a little nervous because the routine here is different from other wax places I’ve visited. The esthetician stays in the room and faces away while you undress and get ready on the table which felt strange, but ultimately it is a little funny that other places leave you to undress when they’re just going to come back and look at your intimate areas anyway ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Erin described her process the entire way through, which I appreciated. She was super nice and funny so I’m looking forward to seeing her again! The entire appointment ended with a cooling serum, which I have not had at other waxing places. The overall experience was impeccable and I signed up for the membership as a result!

I had my first Brazilian wax with Jasmine. I was so nervous hearing how painful it is. Jasmine made me feel so comfortable and at ease during the process by continually asking me questions, making sure my mind stays off the pain. She made it feel normal even though my lower area was all up in her face. I cannot recommend her enough! The room was clean and overall just the best experience one could have getting a Brazilian.

Not the best. It was very hard to find the place and when I called reception for help, no one answered. I was 9 minutes late because I couldn’t find it and they cancelled my appointment. Had to come back later and was told they couldn’t use wax because my hairs were too short, even though I followed instructions and didn’t shave less than 2 weeks before the appointment. The sugaring was painful because the woman didn’t hold my skin down and the loose skin kept getting yanked every time she pulled. Would not go back to this place, everything is swollen now and she didn’t even get all the hairs! I have had far better waxing experiences that were much cheaper. Save your money and your skin and go somewhere else!

Treasure was amazing. I came in for a sugar wax Brazilian and even tho I was a *little* past due for that service, she was still willing to give me a normal hot wax to start my process. No experience is great going through this- but Treasure was kind and funny and kept the appointment as smooth as.. well… will be going back next month!

I have been getting waxed for 5 years, 3 of them sugar waxed. I just moved back from Austin and have waited to get waxed so I can do my research on the person I go to. I chose this place thinking I’d be satisfied when I left. I was not. The waxer I had must have been new…waxed me with cold, hard wax wasn’t flexible at all which resulted in one of the most painful waxes I’ve ever had. Literal bruising on parts where she waxed with hair still visible. She did not offer a mirror for me to look before I left. I had to suggest positions in order for her to properly get the wax off of my skin. Highly disappointed.

The technician made me feel comfortable stripping down and spreading even though it was the first time I’ve ever waxed. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and even though she told me it would be more spicy because of my added blood flow down there she was quick, efficient and made sure to check in with me if I needed an extra breather. The full Brazilian only took a total of approximently 10minutes; my ride was shocked how quick the appointment was. I did bruise alittle bit due to the added blood flow like she warned me but I think I’m totally hooked on the longevity and quickness of the procedure and will definitely be booking again regardless of the main reason I did it~being that I’m pregnant and couldn’t maintain it any more myself. I think this is going to be a part of my self care routine from now on.
