Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueTERRIBLE and most HORRIFYING experience! SHE LOCKED ME IN HER SALON LIKE A HOSTAGE. As I was going to sit VUONG PHAN aka “VIVIAN” threw a towel at me to clean her station..red flag #1. Then told me AFTER my session that she only takes Venmo or cash ( AKA not a real business) red flag #2. I offered to pay her via PayPal because I had no cash on me – she quickly locked me in the salon (HUGE safety hazard) and said no and did not give me a solution to pay her. She continued to yell at me and threaten me because I was asking her how I can pay her. I quickly downloaded Venmo and got the hell out of there! DO NOT GO HERE! I should have not given her a single penny. TERRIBLE and most HORRIFYING experience! SHE LOCKED ME IN HER SALON LIKE A HOSTAGE. As I was going to sit VUONG PHAN aka “VIVIAN” threw a towel at me to clean her station..red flag #1. First of they are soooo unprofessional. He owner ( which is the one w/brown hair and rolls her eyes all the time) acts like your doing her a favor of going there . As if one thing in la we don’t lack is nail salons sweetie. Second her salon is dirty that you feel sick . Third they speak in there language soooo loud and harsh u know they’re talk in g about u just to make u feel uncomfortable. This was the most horrific place ever ! I’ve been doing nails for over 10 years and never have I expierenced this . Omg I think is the first time in my life I clicked all of the choices for what didn’t you like about the business ! First of they are soooo unprofessional. He owner ( which is the one w/brown hair and rolls her eyes all the time) acts like your doing her a favor of going there . As if one thing in la we don’t lack is nail salons sweetie.
