This was my second time getting my nails done here. It’s clean, visually pleasing, and has a nice atmosphere. I don’t normally get my nails done due to being a chronic nail biter and my finger tips being very sensitive, but Ken (I believe that was his name) was gentle and didn’t grind or poke too much. I’ll admit having long nails is very weird for me but these are just too cute and such a confidence booster!

Ben did not know what he was doing. I asked for gell removal and new set. There was polish pooled at the ends of my nails and a scuff- the owner saw. Told him to redo. He sanded down to nails and repainted. It looked like something an older child would do. I left and went somewhere else to have them completely redone.

I’ll never come here again. The water was cold for my pedicure and wouldn’t warm up. The lady continued to do my service and extremely fast at that. She didn’t fully paint my toes, so my polish looks like I’ve already had it for a week. Very terrible experience. Pedicure

Unhappy with service and will be reporting for unlicensed technicians servicing customers. Lady completely messed up my nails and I was basically discriminated as well. I was only able to get a pedicure in plain water, didn’t get what I paid for, cuticles and nails are messed up and was charged $63 for rinsing my feet and painting them. Filed my toed after painting and left all the residue on my feet and said done. Asked for the license and she refused to give to me and I had to ask 3 times. The name on the license wasn’t the name she told me. Will be reporting.

Third time I showed for an appointment and the nail tech was a no show. I didn’t get a phone call or an offer for someone else. I’m a regular client to this Hello Nail salon. I get my lashes done by Vickie who’s the owner of this salon. Very unprofessional and rude. Every time I come in I make an appt. Always make me wait for 30- 45 min and she lies always says 10 min only which is she’s been saying that for 30 min ago. My appt was @500 she started helping a client without an appt. @500 which is my appt time for my lashes. I’m letting her know it’s 530 and my appt was at 5 she replied very rudely. Waited for 49 min. She called me in the back room very rude. She said she can’t see me since I’m not happy so I let her know I waited 49 min. For nothing she said I’m rude. Very rude lady and very unprofessional.

Had my nails done for a wedding and they placed me with someone with very little experience. She did a not so great job so i returned the next day and they had someone else do them again. They turned out okay but two days later two of them chipped and they dont look natural at all. They are too chunky and a few of them arent smooth on the top. When i called to request a credit they refused. Not worth it.

Critical: QualityI was getting my acrylic nails done and with my nails are very small. She aggressively pushed my cuticles back with her strong nails causing my cuticles to bleed. To add on to the problem, she over shaved the sides of my nails and made them extremely sharp and boxy when I asked for a coffin shape. In conclusion I give her a negative 5 out of 10. I hated her service, was very aggressive, like I owed her a ransom, very displeased. It’s a very nice atmosphere and very comfortable chairs. I asked for coffin nails and showed the lady a picture. She cut them way too short and I asked her to do it again. She did it with a good attitude (which I appreciated) and redid them. Once she was applying the acrylic. It was very thick and it wasn’t sharp looking at all. She also cut my fingers multiple times. And it was really really painful. I would tell her that it hurt. And she would listen to me. And then she would just keep filing in the same spot where she had just cut me. I don’t know her name so I’m guessing this isn’t very helpful. But I probably won’t be returning. My nails looked horrible. I only left a gold tip because I felt like I was being difficult even though I wasn’t trying to be.
