I’ve been here twice, the first time I had a man do my nails and he was pretty rough and didn’t do the best job. I decided to give it another try a few days ago and I got the same man. He was once again rough and cut several of my cuticles on my hands and toes (7 in total). Each time he nicked me he put on some blue antiseptic that burned but he didn’t say anything. I didn’t even realize how many times he cut me until I got home. I do not think I will give this place a 3rd try.

Made an appointment for 9 pedicures and a couple full sets for today. They were very accommodating, and did an amazing job on our hands and feet. Will definitely be going back again. I have spent the last two weeks moving. Today was nail day for me at Hello Beautiful Nails & Spa with Huỳnh Thảo Trinh. Never does she disappoint me, when she says what are we doing today. I just say “Surprise me.” It’s always great nails and the customer service is excellent. I been coming here since they opened and don’t like going anywhere else. Once you find the BEST, you don’t stray! Come give them a try!!!

Gave them another shot. Did decent job on nail fill & polish & pedicure. Felt bad for those that came in after me. They were waiting forever to get their pedicures started including a mom & her young daughter.

I first visited this place on Friday 4/29 to get a shellac pedicure. I also made arrangements to come back on Monday to get my nails done as the young girl i wanted to do my nails was busy (prom weekend). As soon as i got home, my pinky toe polish chipped right off. I returned on Monday, for my nail appointment (and to get my toe fixed). I sit down to get my nails soaked for a total of 58 minutes, while the nail technician proceeds to help TWO other clients that came in 30 minutes after me. I am fedup with the nails salons in Huntsville. It’s ridiculous how they run business. I did get my botched pedicure fixed, so i suppose i should be greatful for that.
