Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityVery non-professional. They called 45 minutes before appointment and canceled haircut just as I was leaving the house for the appointment. They have a bad attitude and think they are god, and hung up on me twice while trying to find someone there to do her hair. This is the 3rd time we have had cancellations. The work they do is great but they do not return the phone calls and they lacked any kind of respect for the client. Take your chance but we are done with them. Very non-professional. They called 45 minutes before appointment and canceled haircut just as I was leaving the house for the appointment. They have a bad attitude and think they are god, and hung up on me twice while trying to find someone there to do her hair. This is the 3rd time we have had cancellations. Every single stylist on staff here is highly skilled and experienced. They are friendly and stay updated on the latest styles and techniques. The best compliment that could be given came from another hair stylist (who is a friend of mine and owns her own salon in the area) , she said, “I never had anyone sit in my chair that had their hair done by Lacey Randall (owner of Hello Beautiful) that EVER had a negative thing to say about her, and I’ve never had any complaints about the work she does, and never had to “fix” anything she ruined!”
