I am very picky about my hair because it’s super short more like over the ear cut. If it’s not cut right you can easily spot hair cut mistake. Hello Be-You-Tiful Hair Salon was highly recommended by Pam Thomas Eakin who recommended Celina. I called and set up an appointment. I left a message and my call was immediately returned by a very kind professional woman. I explain to her what type of color I currently have and how I like my hair cut. My appt verification was sent through text. As my appt was getting closer another verification was sent in a response for me to respond that I would be there. Two days before my appt a reminder was sent. For me that is a good start of a good service. The day of my appt with Celina she greeted me and I was so impressed with many different topics conversations she and I had. Celina than verified my color which was communicated by the receptionist. She than prepared my color and added on my hair. As I was waiting she proceeded by asking how I wanted my cut. Celina ask if I had pictures of my cut and could I show and send them to her phone. Which I did. One of my pet peeve is manybeautician never remember the cut after the first one. I like the fact that she wanted pictures of my hair so she can remember my cut. Before you know it she was cutting my hair and it was fast. She did a impeccable job. I absolutely love it. The salon itself is so updated. They even have certified nurse to do Botox and fillers. Very impress!So I made my next appointment. This salon is a must try place.
