Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy new go-to salon!! I will never go anywhere else. I booked an appointment with Twila(she got me in so quick) and she was amazing!! Such a sweet girl who was easy to talk to and we talked during my whole 3-hour appointment, which I loved because I always get so bored and tired when getting my hair done. Being 33 weeks pregnant makes it hard for me to sit for long periods of time, but she allowed me to get up and stretch and talking made it easier. We did a consult and she was straight up about pricing, even told me what it would cost before servicing me and that was so nice to know!! The service didn’t break the bank, and it was so worth the amount I did pay!! I got some highlights, lowlights, and a conditioning treatment(which she gave to me complimentary!!) it’s been a couple of days since I got my hair done and I’ve noticed WAY less hair coming out in my brush when I brush it, I don’t have to wash it as frequently, and my hair is just overall the healthiest it’s ever been. I LOVE my hair now and I haven’t felt that way in a long time. Everyone in the salon was super nice and it was a really clean environment. My new go-to salon!! I will never go anywhere else. I booked an appointment with Twila(she got me in so quick) and she was amazing!! Such a sweet girl who was easy to talk to and we talked during my whole 3-hour appointment, which I loved because I always get so bored and tired when getting my hair done.
