Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe second he started to file my nails he went too far and I felt burning. Then he put acrylic on, and filed those and left a huge gash on my finger from filling my actual skin under the nail. I pulled away and he kept smacking my fingers with his to put them where he wanted them. Not only did I ask for short round natural nails, but it was a simple pink. What did I get? Bright pink (not the right color) and square uneven nails. Paid $45 just to go home and have to file and paint them myself. HORRIBLE. The second he started to file my nails he went too far and I felt burning. Then he put acrylic on, and filed those and left a huge gash on my finger from filling my actual skin under the nail. I pulled away and he kept smacking my fingers with his to put them where he wanted them. Not only did I ask for short round natural nails, but it was a simple pink. What did I get? From the time I walked in, to the time I walked out, everyone was so friendly and polite. My nail tech gave me the best manicure ever and my hands look fantastic! I went to Helen’s for the first time today. I was out, they didn’t look too crowded and I desperately needed a manicure. From the time I walked in, to the time I walked out, everyone was so friendly and polite. My nail tech gave me the best manicure ever and my hands look fantastic! Would definitely recommend, and will most certainly go back!
