I had my first experience here the other day, and this is absolutely my new favorite nail spot. I was going to another place down the street, but after experiencing Helen’s I won’t go anywhere else. They were SO friendly, professional, and QUICK doing my nails. They made me feel at home, kept up some lovely conversation, and most importantly did an amazing job on my dip manicure. Place was clean, beautiful AND cheaper than where I was going before! Will be trying the spa package on my next visit.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI always love going there. I 1st went in 2012 on a gift certificate when I retired which was given to me from the women I worked with at J&J. Yesterday Tan did my pedicure and manicure French style as I always get I was very impressed with how quickly he completed the job and the excellent skills he has mastered. Helen has also taken care of my wants and needs. The time before yesterday I had Gina but she is no longer there but recommended Tan when I had to cancel my appointment with Gina at another shop in S. Easton where she works now . Gina did my pedicure and Helen did my manicure. Both were amazing! The spa overlooks the lake and the view is incredible…so relaxing. The decor is nice and everything is clean and tidy.
