I love the way Lieu does our nails. My daughters and I will only go to her she is sweet and takes her time and always makes sure they are what you want. The wait is sometimes long but they try to take everyone in so patience is needed. Tried other places but nothing compares to the quality of Lieu and her sister Jenny. Update just went back to get fill and new design and as usual Lieu did an awesome job. Added updated photos of new ones.

All the ladies are so welcoming and have great customer service I went in for a full set and a pedicure. I didn’t get the name of the lady that did my nails but she did a great job. Tina did my pedicure and I’m very happy with her service. I will definitely be back

My first time here was great. Jenny is amazing, if you come here book an apt with her only. My recent visit here on the other hand was terrible. I had a completely different lady and the cashier kept over charging and upselling everyone. It was ridiculously uncomfortable (so much 2 other customers were complaining as well). My fill isn’t perfect and there’s A LOT of left over acrylic all over my cuticles. On top of that! The lady didn’t completely remove my previous polish before doing my fill so there’s black nail polish trapped inside the fill. Amazing right!?!? Before the fill was even over they were pressuring me to pick a color, and well I didn’t like any of them, I originally came for the holographic colors jenny offered the first time I was there. Unfortunately no one here knew what I was talking about. And don’t let the window price’s fool you, you will not be paying any where near that. I was told if they did the set I walked in with, it would have been 40$, so just book an appointment with an actual nail spa that offers mimosas for that money. I was so uncomfortable and unsatisfied, I left with no polish! And well what’s the point of polish If I need to file my own nails. There’s jagged edges that get caught in my hair.

I’ve been coming to Helen’s nails for sometime now, and even though I don’t mind their work. The scheduling is HORRIBLE. First time I witnessed a lady waiting for over 1 hour and 30 min to get her nails done ( I was in the process of getting mine done) . Only to be told to come back in 40 minutes. I remember feeling so bad for her, thinking that can be me. Well was I right! A few weeks later I called to ask when would be a good time to come, Helen told me in 20 minutes, I go in just to be told they are busy and to come back next time. And just today, my husband calls to see if they are open, it is 4th of July. She says yes! Come on in, it is empty. I get there 15 min later to be told they are closed. 3rd strike you’re out! Gas is too expensive to be driving somewhere only to be told something else when arriving. Pricing isn’t much different from other salons that have updated setups.

I’ve been going to this place for years. The only place I’ve been to that always does amazing. Helen is the owner and she’s a sweetheart, she knows how to take care of her customers. Jenny does my nails and I leave smiling ever time because I love how she does my nails. Cathy will make you feel like you have brand new feet lol She’s absolutely amazing and has such a beautiful heart.
