Omg. I don’t leave reviews often but I just had to for this place. The service is wonderful. Bebe did my nails so beautifully— I got little designs on them and she made sure they were perfect. They made sure to ask if things were good like the water temperature, the nail color, the design, the length, etc. Even the people sitting next to you are so kind too. I think I may become a regular here. Thank you Bebe for making my nails beautiful.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHorrible the lady who did my nails was moving around like she’s late for an appointment I brought a picture of a simple almond style with thin French tips and she used white tips then covered it with several layers of the base coat which only thickened the color so it wasn’t as sheer as I wanted what irked me was how dusty the equipment was and my nails were not pinched it was a flat nail I’ve seen pop ons more shapely then what she did and it had no hump the whole nail was thick. they must be stealing pictures from better places because the execution was a failure.Regardless of color this looks like an amateur is doing nails, no hump to decompress the pressure on top of the nail and look at the lines! I had a manicure and my first pedicure done here! The pedicure was very relaxing and the worker was very kind and accommodating. I showed one of the nail techs a reference picture and they replicated the designs exactly the way I wanted it. After I left the nail salon, I couldn’t stop looking at my nails! The service here is amazing and I will definitely come here again!

Got a gel manicure and it was okay. I asked for chrome powder early on, but it seemed like she had forgotten. Once she finished the color I asked again and for whatever reason she said it was too late so I couldn’t do that anymore. A little annoying, but whatever. Then I go to pay, and I have come here a few times so I know the price, but when she tells me how much it is, it’s $5 more than it should be. I mention that it’s more than I usually pay to her and she doesn’t say anything. I did not appreciate being overcharged on top of not getting what I asked for. Just a little off putting

This time I had someone else do my nails and they look like nothing I asked for, just sloppily done. Each nail was a different shape and length! I wanted them to be more natural looking but they’re so thick and short that I cannot wait to just get them taken off. And for some reason there’s a dip in the center of some nails nails like they’re shaped uneven!!
