I have been going here for a little over a year now and am so glad I found them! I have naturally thick eyebrows that tend to grow wider than I’d like and when I go to most othe places either they don’t thin and shape like I ask or they butcher them. Cinderella has been amazing she shapes and thins my eyebrows perfectly, she even fixed a bad waxing I got at another place as Cinderella was completely booked but I now have my shape back. I will continue to be a regular of hers!!

I have been a client of Helen Wax Spa for years and I will never go anywhere else for my waxing and facial services. Both Cinderella and Helen are experts in their field – I get so many compliments on my eyebrow shape! The salon is gorgeous, service is warm and friendly and the results are fantastic! Anyone who complains about the pricing has, quite frankly, unreasonable expectations. If you want services done by a certified expert in their field, who had to go to school for years to learn their craft, then yes….you must pay for that expertise, ladies. This is true in ANY field. This is a independent, woman owned business staffed by professionals who deserve fair wages. If you cannot afford their rates, then go to the back room of a shady nail shop – you will get what you pay for. As for Helen Wax Spa, they have a standard of excellence that is beyond reproach. Go to Helen Wax Spa! You will be glad you did!!!

Extremely unsatisfied as Cinderella (manager of both Bellevue and Kirkland locations) rushed through my appointment, which was only the 2nd time I’ve visited their spa. She ripped the wax strips off my face during my eyebrow waxing, and did not offer the same services she did the first time around during an extremely fast and rushed appointment. When I spoke with her regarding these issues and my disappointment, her response was that she was “really busy”. Then do not tell me I can come in for a $25 service that lasts 5 minutes and is painful! I will not be visiting their spa again and do not recommend to anyone.

I love this place, they use all organic skin care products and organic manicure and pedicure care products including soaps, lotions and paraffin wax. They don’t skimp on their quality products and service. I love their facials as well, it’s convenient to get in and out but the ambience and atmosphere is very relaxing.
