I just visited the salon yesterday I did not have an appointment I was a walk-in and they still took me right back for a full set with French tips and also a pedicure with French tips. I I was in and out of there in like an hour! I had a gentleman working on my pedicure and I had a female working on my French tips and acrylics her name was Heather and she was very personable and very easy to communicate with I actually for the first time enjoyed talking to my nail tech which was kind of nice! I would 100% recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! If I could give no stars I would!! Got placed with an older man with glasses who doesn’t speak English at all. It is very hard to communicate with him. He was very rude! When asking me to switch hands he would very rudely ask with hand gestures (not speaking at all). This man is also very rough, and kept positioning my hand to whichever way he wanted in a very demanding rough way, it was so uncomfortable and it was impossible to relax. He also cut me like 3 times while drilling my nails. Seems like everything he does is done in a very fast/rough way. He didn’t even drill the sides of my nails well. I still have acrylic stuck to my fingers. Also, just adding I got very short one color powder acrylics( no design, no stickers, gems, etc.) for $55!!!! This place is very pricey on top of rude. Not coming back here and I don’t recommend anyone go here!

Every time I have gotten my nails done here it’s been extremely busy but the nail techs still took their time and did an incredible time. Finally found “my” nail place. I’m so mad I didn’t know about Helen Nails & Spa sooner. I really loved how my nails came out ! Absolutely Love how the dipped nail are done and how they feel light just like your very own.

I am wheelchair bound. It was accessible!! I just happen to run across this nail shop around the corner from the mall. They were very welcoming, nice, and pleasant. I felt very comfortable. I’ve come here a couple times for my pedicure and I’m starting to notice discrepancies with the pricing, I picked the $40 service for pedicure and wanted gel so I understand the extra $15 charge somewhat but I ended up paying $70 just for a simple pedicure with gel…. The cleanup is good but the overall paint is not equivalent to $70. I’d say at your own risk, this salon in the high desert is no where near that caliber to charge so much for their services in my opinion…

I got a pedicure done and the lady didn’t push my cuticles back and my daughter got her nails done, first they made us wait another half an hour before called us (and I reserved a time) and then they made her sit at the nail table another 20 mins before they began. Price for a basic pedicures is $30!! and manicures $22! Outrageous cause the paint came off after the 4th day so the place is not worth price and time.
