I have been going here for almost a year now! No matter who does my nails they always look good. Also all the employees are nice and happy to please! I usually get dip and pedicures. I love Helen’s nails. Everyone us friends, it’s calm and welcoming and they do great mania and pedis. I drive out of my way and pass easily 10 salons on the way, but wouldn’t go anywhere else. Pedicure, Polish removal, Nail polish changes, Callus removal, Gel manicures

Me and my cousin came here because we had a $60 voucher that was given to us. I got a manicure and my cousin got a pedicure. My manicure was fine although there were a few bubbles in my nails and I paid 40$ for them the color was a cute pink. My cousins pedicure on the other hand looked terrible. I know she has small toenails but they should be able to handle it. There is paint on her skin and some nails aren’t painted all the way. The guy who was doing her nails kept walking away to answer phone calls. Would not go back after that.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI drove over 35 minutes based on a referral from a friend to another nail shop only to be told they are “to busy” and to come back another day. Well since that wasn’t an option for me I googled another shop and this place came up. What can I say…they got me right in despite their reservations and my nails look amazing. Wish I would have gotten the wonderful lady’s name. She was a rockstar!! This place is amazing. I drove over 35 minutes based on a referral from a friend to another nail shop only to be told they are “to busy” and to come back another day. Well since that wasn’t an option for me I googled another shop and this place came up. What can I say…they got me right in despite their reservations and my nails look amazing. Wish I would have gotten the wonderful lady’s name. She was a rockstar!! This place is amazing. Definitely would recommend .

I would not recommend. I came to Helen’s Nails for the first time yesterday to remove existing gel polish, trim my nails, and have new gel polish put on (my usual salon was booked through the month). My appointment took an hour and a half- which seems excessive. While I asked for shorter nails, I didn’t think the nail tech would file my finger tips along with my nails. She filed and filed and filed. It was uncomfortable. In all seriousness, my fingers are still sore and raw a day later. When I flinched from the excessive filing the tech pulled hands back to her. It was not pleasant in the slightest. The tech also obsessed with cuticle removal, cutting so much away my nail beds look puckered and dry. Besides the new gel polish my nails look worse than when I went it and they’re still sore to the touch.

Love Helen’s nails, can usually get in quickly. They use sterilized clippers. And the pedicure soaking is thoroughly cleaned after each customer!

The first time I was left so the tech could go do a brow wax. The second time it happened the man left me and was doing a pedicure behind the wall when I finally decided to get up and see where he was. I won’t be back.
