Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHelen Nails are very unprofessional. The owner (Lewis) was very rude as well. I received a gel short full set that was $35 and gel toes were $40. Their prices are different and overcharging. Mind you my sister was with me and her nails were $35 as well but her nail length was medium to long gel full set. When i asked about it they don’t charge by length but confused on why it was the same price. It is ghetto and the lady who was doing my nails were ruff & also another lady who did my toes, they were not neatly done and sloppy. Helen Nails are very unprofessional. The owner (Lewis) was very rude as well. I received a gel short full set that was $35 and gel toes were $40. Their prices are different and overcharging. Mind you my sister was with me and her nails were $35 as well but her nail length was medium to long gel full set. Terrible , my nails look horrific . It took less than 20 minutes to get my nails done. They’re bubbly and missing paint and not painted all the way. They look bad. Was there almost 2 hours to get them fixed and still didn’t get them fixed. I had to leave . Terrible . Will never go back again.
