Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI came here several times. One time, I came to get my acrylic nails removed. Instead of soaking them for long enough, they ripped off whatever was on my nail by force, which was not only extremely painful but also damaged my nail bed. So unprofessional and I can’t believe I had to pay for that.Another time I came to get my eyelash extensions done. I hadn’t gotten my eyelash extensions done before then, so I didn’t know the right length and picked one that I thought would work. The lady starting working on my eyelash extensions, which looked terrible. When she was done, I noticed that they were WAY too long and looked AWFUL. She offhandedly commented that while she was working on them, she did notice that they were a bit too long for my eyes. But did she stop? NO.Terrible place. Tried to get my nails painted and was told I had to make an appointment. They suggested a time several days later and wrote down my name and phone number next to the corresponding date and time in their appointment book. When I arrived for the appointment they told me I didn’t have one and that they had no availability. What a mess. Get it together.

Best nail salon in the area and definitely best in Arlington! Been here countless times for manis and pedis, both gel and regular, and my nails always come out great. Huge selection of colors. Very kind onwers and very reasonable prices. Great place! Pedicure, Manicure, Gel manicures

Great location and nice polite people. I Had my nails done today and I was extremely happy with the results. I had powder done to my nails. My first experience with powder was not good, at all at this other place. I was never going to have powder nails done again. Decided to take another chance and I went to Helens and WOW what a difference, not at all like the other place. Tony took his time and made sure I was happy with them. He made my experience a better one. I didn’t feel rushed like the other place. Tony was polite and very considerate. It’s the little things sometimes that really make a difference. Even gave me a rubber tip pen for my phone while my nails were in foil. Again, small details! It’s a cozy place with relaxing music and nice people. I would definitely recommend this place and I will go again with out hesitation. Thank you!

I came in based of the reviews and decided to give it a try. I would say if you are going for your simple manicure and pedicure go but if you want to do Dip Powder avoid this place. I have been doing dip for over a year and I know the process pretty well. When I went, they did not put a top coat and the nails are came out so bumpy, so disappointed.
