Horrible. The place was filthy and disorganized. My daughters hair was BUTCHERED. Nothing like the picture. She also charged us $35 for a kids haircut and didn’t even wash her hair OR STYLE IT. It was still wet when we left from her spraying it with a water bottle.

Helen’s salon is a cozy place that is spacious and feels homely than the rush you feel in other places. Theres a nice couch for people who wait. Helen takes much care for your needs explains the options and does the styling professionally yet with personal touch. Engaging and nice to chat with. You would feel like coming back. Horrible experience. Showed a picture of what I wanted and it turned out NOTHING like I has asked. Cut was wrong, color was WAY WAY WAY OFF. CANNOT DO BALAYAGE!!!!! I cried when I left. Had to buy a color stripper and dye my hair myself to fix the horrendous job that was done.
