Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been supporting Heiress for almost 2 years. I apologize for NOT doing a review sooner! They are BLACK OWNED everything! This business as well as The Black Store are young black entrepreneurs! Very professional for such a young crew.They give many beginner nail techs opportunities to become great! The services Ive recieved have been fantastic (manicures, pedi’s, hair straightening.) It’s a place where I can bring my kid & don’t feel uncomfortable. At times I just want to sit & chill because of the homey feel they have. Very good with designs & listening to what I want. The young lady who did my services gave the BEST foot massage and the chair massages was awesome. The owner asked about my experience which was refreshing as other businesses try to hurry you out the door. Will come back again!Update it’s been 2 weeks since my visit and my feet are still soft and smooth! No dry or cracked skin in sight!!!! First time trying because I wanted to support a black own nail spa. The price was reasonable and included a complementary drink. The young lady who did my services gave the BEST foot massage and the chair massages was awesome.
