Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI wish I could say the pain of getting each of fingers cut up by the nail file was at least worth it for cute nails but I left with my thumbs sore & bleeding, my nails half painted & the farthest from coffin shape as you can probably get- not to mention polish & glue all over my hands for $50. On top of that, the nail tech was not friendly & hardly spoke to me at all. I got in quickly but had I known this was what I would leave with I would have never ever walked in.Services: Acrylic nails, Dip powderI wish I could say the pain of getting each of fingers cut up by the nail file was at least worth it for cute nails but I left with my thumbs sore & bleeding, my nails half painted & the farthest from coffin shape as you can probably get- …More

We had the signature pedicures and it was fabulous! Pretty sure the best pedicures we’ve ever had. Very luxurious. They did not rush the pampering (massaging, hot stones, paraffin wax, etc.) which is really important to us. The nail care was really good – very gentle, thorough and really great polish job. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and her friend (12 y/o) had nails done, but they were not given the total of their choices until AFTER it was already done. The cost was not explained to them before. I feel like they took advantage of 2 teenage girls. I called and spoke with an employee after this occurred. The employee was not customer friendly, refused to give me a refund for the services that they were charged extra for (and not told), and THEN had the nerve to tell me … “ it’s not our job to educate your child about the use of her money”!

Always a great experience and everyone I have had has made my nails turn out just how I requested. I’ve been to numerous salons around town and after visiting this one, I won’t go elsewhere.

Best Salon In Little Rock By Far! Since moving to Little Rock I have searched for a quality salon with quality service And all others have failed in comparison to heights spa and nails. It was a beautiful sanitary environment with SEVERAL professional available nail technicians. Not me or 5 people who came in after me had any wait time. I received a full one hour pedicure not rushed no corners were cut. Every single tool that was used was used only on me. The spa foot bath was covered and used only by me. I really appreciated the attention to detail, And over all ambiance! I was greeted ,I was given water ,I was seated, and I was served amazingly.

They had a little bit of wait time, but that was to be expected as I walked in and did not have an appointment. They’re very graciously made time for me. The pedicure was great and she did a great job on the paint as well. The water was a tad bit too hot initially for my pedicure, kind of scalding hot actually. But after informing my technician of the temperature issue she rectified it fairly quickly. It was a little confusion about being told I could and could not get a manicure if there was enough time. They switched it at least three times, and I ended up having to go to a different salon for my manicure. All together I would recommend them, very clean facility courteous and skilled technicians.

The only reason I put 1 star is because I had to so I could write a review. I’m doing this to warn others. I got gel nails done a week ago and they are coming up and breaking off. I’ve never had this happen before. I have been getting gel nails for years and they always last 3-4 weeks. I have jot been rough on my nails at all. I went in to have them fixed and the owners laughed in my face, made fun of me, and refused to fix them or give a refund. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I will never ever go back. Waste of time and money.

If I could give zero stars I would. It was so hot and had no ventilation that I almost fainted while soaking my acrylics off. Now it’s been 3 weeks and I’ve had more than half of my acrylics (which were not crazy or long) have snapped off, multiple cracked my real nails in half. One nail got ripped completely from the nail bed. I’ve never had a worse manicure. It took 3 hours to get my nails done in the first place and normally acrylics last a month or longer on me, it was like 4 days when the first one popped off. I also work from home and don’t do anything rough with my hands. Will absolutely never go back.
