The wait time was minimal, the staff were friendly & attentive. They informed me of a slight delay but it was a matter of minutes before they called my name. Dr. Chapa was super nice & explained things so I could easily understand & he encouraged me to ask any questions. He definitely made me more at ease about my health issue. Going back in a month. I feel confident he’ll get it resolved. Good experience with a group who work together to take care of their patients.

Very good at what they do. I had minimal pain considering the procedure performed. So far I’m very satisfied with the work done. I do wish some kind of pain meds would have been prescribed, but I did not ask, therefore I did not receive. I sincerely hope to not have to do this again but if I do I will return to Heights and request the same person. I will recommend Heights to others.
