Lisa Ostrowski is no longer with this practice and they don’t tell you that when you book your appointment. I was extremely happy with her and do not like the new lady at all. She has horrible bedside manner and does not listen to her patients. Kept trying to push things on me that I told her I had already tried and did not work.

Regina and all the staff were amazing! Her and her staff were able to get my husband in with little notice and insurance approved to get my husbands skin cancer removed. We really needed it done before the new year because our deductible was met and they made it happen. Regina was so reassuring and listened to me. Made me feel a lot better about the situation while we are waiting for pathology results.

I have never been to a dermatologist and I’m well over 50. I called got an appointment the next day. Dr. Did biopsies on my first visit. Without any pain and yes this should have hurt a little but didn’t. Biopsies done back of my head, shoulder blade & earlobe. Very large places. The results were back in 3 days. She the dr. took care of my head and shoulder blade.(very little hair loss) Sent me to a surgeon within the week for my ear. Great nurse people that run the front office are very nice,friendly and helpful.

I would like to say this bad review is for the new PA Regina and not for Texas Dermatology as a whole. I have gone to Texas Dermatology Associates since 2018 and have never ever had an issue. The staff, front desk and assistants are so kind, polite and professional. I have always seen Dr. Lisa, but as she has left to practice somewhere else, I was given the option to see the new PA Regina.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lisa Ostrowski’s for over 15 years. I truly appreciate her squeezing me in when I really needed it to allowing her patients to email her personally when needed. Dr.Lisa is absolutely the best! I went to her a little over 10 years ago ans I loved her so much now my whole family goes to her now! She treats us like family even in an emergency she is their for us she has such a big heart. She always listens and gets prescriptions in so quickly! I will say the office staff has always been polite. If you require a prescription and or refills GOOD LUCK! I spent several hours of my time being placed on hold going back and forth between office and pharmacy only to have the wrong prescription ordered resulting in even further delays. The Office Manager was polite and professional but did not seem to care that we would be finding another physician.
