I had my first [ever] facial and I’m so happy I waited for the BEST person to do it. Heidi is fantastic at what she does! She is so thorough and always made sure I was comfortable. Heidi became my exclusive skincare specialist several years ago. Heidi cares about the “whole you” and is very knowledgeable about what stressors, foods, medications, and/or products might be causing problems with your skin. My skin is amazing since Heidi has begun my care and I’ve followed her guidance on products (Lira is super). I’m 66 but my skin looks years younger and I get frequent compliments on it including from my dermatologist. Heidi also has a healing touch – I’m absolutely serious. My 13 year old daughter recently had her first ever teen facial with Heidi. She is very sweet and knowledgeable and not only gave her a great facial but lots of helpful information too. My daughter said it was really relaxing and her skin felt great afterwards. She needed a few extractions and Heidi got them all out almost painlessly! There was no upselling of products, just good information about the importance of washing your face and wearing sunscreen! We have already booked her next appointment, and I’ll be scheduling mine too!

Heidi takes the time to explain everything and gives you the opportunity to make decisions on what services are best for my skin. After my treatment, my skin looked so much better and more hydrated.
