Critical: ProfessionalismNot happy with results because it wasn’t what I asked for. I don’t think the stylist even listened to me. I was there before in June and had a beautiful haircut just the way I wanted. Unfortunately I didn’t write down the stylist’s name like I usually do. I don’t know why I didn’t I only wrote down the date but I thought it started with a B. I was so wrong because when I came in the woman with the first name that started with a B, Barbara was a blonde & I knew the last time the stylist was a brunette & worked at a different station. As I said she didn’t do what I asked for then spent the next half hour trying to correct what she did only I could tell she didn’t know how to do a modern haircut. She thought because I was older she could just get away with giving me an old fashioned bob. I am not happy with the results because it is shorter in the back than I normally like because of the correcting and I am sorry to say I am not going back there.Not happy with results because it wasn’t what I asked for. All the hair dressers are great- they are friendly and competent. I started going there when our sons were young and have been going there for over 20 years. In fact, I have continued even though I now live 35 minutes away. The travel is worth it since I know my hair cut will turn out as I expect- great.
