Heidi and her staff are incredible! I have been going to her establishment to get my eyelashes extensions done and a few facials. This is not the type of spa that rubs essential oils on your face and call it a facial. As a pharmacist I have always been so impressed with their clinical knowledge during consultations. I always feel comfortable when the aesthetician can explain the mechanism of action of the treatment they are providing. There has been numerous occasions where I have asked Heidi to go above and beyond for information. (Such as if something is safe if you were pregnant or breast-feeding). She has always taking my concern seriously I’m followed up with me. I am also thoroughly impressed with the Products line that they offer. I had issues with my completion since college. No matter how much lotion I put on I always had trouble with cracking skin and pimples. Heidi had taken a look when I asked her and said that I needed to change the pH of my face and recommend a new routine. It worked like a charm! My skin is so fresh! Last reason this is my favorite spot in town is that they are always on the cutting edge of technology and are you have to try their cryoskin facial!

Wow! My $100.00 ‘facial’ lasted 25 minutes. When I inquired about the brevity, I was told she took me back early…yep, a whopping 4 minutes early. I was also told to remove all clothing (weird, right?) because I would be getting a leg massage. This was a FACIAL appointment. Next up, my SIL. Yes, we had to go back to back because only one esthetician. Her desires were completely disregarded and a simple brow dye was 26$. She was with the esthetician about 10 minutes. I voiced my dismay when paying $126.00, but I tipped 20% anyway…not sure why. All the front desk women said was sorrrrreeeee! If you’re in rockland, choose another day spa!

I came in to see Stephanie for a lash lift and henna eyebrows. She was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve never had these services before and she did an amazing job and my eyebrows have never looked better. She shaped them perfectly, and did a good matching color henna and I love them! My lashes look great too! I’m very impressed! She was very familiar with my skin type and gave me very good product recommendations that I am excited to try from the shop! I will definitely be returning to see her in the future. She was also very accommodating with my schedule and fit me right in. Thank you Stephanie! 10/10

Heidi is absolutely amazing!!! She had been my go to person for questions about my skin, she has suggested amazing cosmetic products to me and she is the only person I go to for lash extensions! I legit leave feeling like a movie star!! Being in her spa is so relaxing, you get that one on one time and Heidi really focuses on each customer having the best experience, you don’t feel like just a number. She has a great way of making you feel comfortable and at ease from the moment you walk through the door. She also has a great personality and we have had a lot of laughs during my visits. I cannot recommend anyone more than Heidi for all of your esthetic needs! <3

She also makes every visit very personal and takes the time to give her clients all of her attention and to give them care that is in their best interest and liking.
