The first time I went to Heidi Nails was on a Friday. I got shellac nails mani and on my toes without a pedi. It was 32$ and I tipped them 5$. Two days later, my cuticles were sore and broken out and my light pink shellac became extremely discolored. I was representing my medical school in Washington D.C. and meeting with senators and representatives of AR and very embarrassed.

Critical: Professionalism, Qualitybeen going here for years. sometimes they are rude sometimes they are not, depends on the day. today their card machine wasn’t working & they were very mean to me about it as i explained i only have a PayPal card, no bank account, only a PayPal account (on my phone) i showed them i had $30 in my account & it wasn’t working for a $20 bill. they pretended “they didn’t understand” all of a sudden & just ignored me until it finally went through & then they pretended like they didn’t do anything wrong after treating me terribly. i asked the same question “did it go through?” atleast 10 times and all the workers looked at me like they didn’t understand. it was truly cruel. i pay good money here & today i left in TEARS. never coming back & i suggest if you appreciate common courtesy to customers you shouldn’t either.Services: Manicure, Pedicurebeen going here for years. sometimes they are rude sometimes they are not, depends on the day. today their card machine wasn’t working & they were very mean to me about it as i explained i only have a PayPal card, no bank account, only a …More

When I went there the first time it was great! She did a wonderful job! Yesterday I went in there and got my nails filed and dipped. The exact same thing that I got the first time from the exact same lady. This time however, she cut my finger digging at it with the cuticle clippers, did a horrible job with the dip powder, left polish all over my cuticles, and charged me $10 more than she did last time. When I asked about it, she went from understanding what I said perfectly to not understanding a word. To make it worse, it’s been 24 hours and three nails already have the polish half chipped off.

Critical: QualityI have been going to nails by Heidi since 2012 in the last year all the staff has been replaced and the service and quality is gone down hill. The last three times I have gone I have had to go home and redo the mess! They have made me bleed and ruin the paint on my pedi and made me pay to fix it! I have been going to nails by Heidi since 2012 in the last year all the staff has been replaced and the service and quality is gone down hill. The last three times I have gone I have had to go home and redo the mess! They have made me bleed and ruin the paint on my pedi and made me pay to fix it! I’m so disappointed I will not be returning.

Prices have gone through the roof. Pedicures are short and not worth 30 they now cost – last mani pedi was 50 bucks. I had dip once and bled for days from them using the drimmel to remove the dip off the skin. Oh they now charge to remove your shallec even though they are the ones that did the work and this is new. Natural nails down the street is awful too. Any good salons in town??

I have visited twice. The first time was amazing. The second not so much. I was charged extra for the same work I had done the first time. I asked why, the lady suddenly pretended she could t understand English. I just walked out. I will not go back.
