I got my hair done by Remy in her own home I asked for a specific hair style. I pay 220 and didn’t get what I asked for j wish I could pay the video and pictures. I asked for 3 hearts and I feel like she purposely did them big so I told her to stop at 2 my braids are very thin she argued me that the braids were just like the video. Then she told people I was harassing her because I told her I didn’t like them and she is playing a dirty game I wouldn’t recommend this place because I’ve heard from multiple people that they do bad business

Braider B , clown me… she told me it would be $75… I was prepared to pay up to $120… I told her it’s not about money… it’s just getting the style I wanted, as she was finishing up, the B loudly, walking from the front door to nearly the back door, screaming and yelling, rudely and very unprofessionally demanded $85, when again it was agree upon $75…..the B … complain the whole f-ing time… and was neglectful to my hair and curls…. I came in as a walk-in, referral. It did not take long to get in a chair. I inquired about 2 people working on my hair to cut time and I was told that was only on Monday-Wednesday. When it was a chair available I was sat and I waited about 30 mins for someone to actually start on my head. The tech started my braids and all of a sudden she disappeared. A few mins later a second person started braiding my hair, and then a third. The second person stopped braiding my hair to take a break. By now I had been at the shop almost 2 hours. I asked what was going on and they assured me they were going to finish my hair on time and that this was normal. As time went on the first person and the third person finished my hair. Today when I took my hair down, the braids were all the same size, but the blocking and portions of my natural hair were different sizes. This put a heavy strain on my edges. My hairline and length were good and healthy before I let them in my head. The techs were complementing me on how nice of a texture my hair was and how thick it was. During the process, I asked if I could go to the store to grab a drink and to walk around after sitting 7 hours straight and the tech tells me no because she had to go pick up her kids. I then told her I had worked a 14 hr shift bartending and serving and that I came in straight from work. I wanted to move around because I was getting stiff. As we were arguing about me going to buy something to drink another girl was getting her hair braided and the tech stopped, grabbed her purse, and walked out. The girl sat about 10 mins before she asked was the tech coming back and they told her someone else was going to finish her hair. All in all, I tipped because I support women who look like me when I feel that I am supporting a good cause. I paid $220. The customer service was horrible. Jojo or Heidi should communicate to the customer how the process goes. Jojo and Heidi know, just like customers know, our hair is special and needs to be handled with care. Jojo and Heidi know that when they spend money with a business, they want the best product that their money would buy. Jojo and Heidi seem to not really care, the same as what their techs showed me and other customers. I will never support this business again. I never ask for refunds and I do not complain. I do not believe the women working there are licensed which is another No No, especially when you dish out bad customer service. After my tip I spent $260. I do not recommend this business to anyone.
