My last two visits have been very disappointing. Charging full price for people who are not skilled is just not right. The manager offered me a mani/pedi to come back from my horrific experience with my makeup and hairstyle but I ended up getting the same type of outcome, a teenage girl with very little experience. Got shellac and the polish is already chipped and it hasn’t been 6 hrs. Please take more time to train your staff. I will not be back.

My daughter and I tried several places and pedicuresand we’re never satisfied until we found Heidi Christine’s. Facials are so relaxing they almost put you to sleep. Finally found my new salon after searching for a few years! Called in the morning & even though they were super busy because of prom they managed to squeeze me in for a haircut! The stylish was super nice & actually listened to what I said I wanted done… I just got 3 inches taken off the ends nothing fancy but will be back for a fresh summer color 🙂

Prior to scheduling I contacted the salon via email requesting an experienced stylist who can deliver on sassy cuts/styling and one who is also an adventurous colorist. They did deliver! Michelle is awesome. She listened to me during the consultation phase regarding me, my style and hopes for a relationship with a colorist and stylist who is open to creativity and expression through hair cut and color design. Prior to scheduling I contacted the salon via email requesting an experienced stylist who can deliver on sassy cuts/styling and one who is also an adventurous colorist. They did deliver! The staff was friendly but the girls that did our nails were not skilled. It took an hour and a half for a dip manicure and it had a weird hazy finish. Taking off my old polish she barely left the remover on it then tried to just file it all away. Pretty sure the girl ruined her drill bit (covered in polish and fuzz from the cotton) and my nails ended up extremely thin. She had to apply a top coat 3 times trying to get rid of the strange clouded finish that kept appearing, neither of the girls knew what was happening or why. My grandmother was not happy with her nail service either and neither of us will be going back.
