I made the mistake of going somewhere closer to me a few times and they ruined my left eyebrow. The lady told me my eyebrows were thinning due to hormonal issues ♀️ let them grow out as long as possible and came back here. the nice lady in the first chair only took 2 times of her threading them to get them back even and shaped nicely. She’s super fast and pain free. It’s not the fanciest place but definitely worth the $4 (cash)!

I hope I could give them zero star .Bad service ever, I went there for my eyebrows.The boss lady I don’t know the name told me that other lady will do my eyebrows. I refused and told her I want you to do it . She came with attitude and stated that it will be a long wait since she was doing henna for another customer, I replied it is ok I can wait for you. But after a long wait she did my eyebrows ,but one eyebrow thick and one thin. I am pretty sure that she did that by purpose. As a customer it is my right to choose who has to do my eyebrows. I will never goo there again and not recommend for anybody.

Worst people ever! They ruined my eyebrows and refused to listen when I called. Never going back again! They’re so rude and disrespectful this is not how you do business; customer service is supposed to be your top priority not your stupid five bucks. Sana salon is way better I regret walking in so bad.

Charged for a service I did NOT ask for…for my daughter…lied and said my daughter came back to the desk while I was being serviced and asked for the service. Up charged on services …sign outside the door says $4 for threading; $10 for tinting….I asked threading and tinting and threading for me, threading only for my daughter. Total should be $18… I get to the desk she says $30. I’ve handed her my card already…and tell I did not ask for that service…and ask for my card back. She snatched the card back and concealed under her thigh. Unethical business practices…BE WARE!

Ladies make sure ask them how much they are going to charge you. I just did my face clean and they charged me $60..please make sure you pay attention to this. If you dont pay attention, you will see later on your bank wrong amount
