I have been going to them for the past couple years and have noticed their service deteriorate every time. The staff there has become extremely rude and unprofessional. They repeatedly ignore the customer’s request while threading and have messed up my eyebrows multiple times despite telling them how i want them. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they continue to make ridiculous excuses. Their prices may be good but its not worth the trouble because they don’t do the job well. As a customer, i feel like no one is willing to help me when i walk in, which discourages me to go back again. However, i have always had a great experience with the waxing staff, and they always do a good job.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience here warrants one. I came in for an upper lip wax. I could see roaches in the lights on the ceiling and my waxer used a stick that had very clearly been used before to apply the wax to my face. After completing my service, I saw her leave the stick back in the wax pot. Who knows how many people that stick has been used on? This practice is unhygienic and unacceptable. The low price is not worth the risk. I will not be returning and urge anyone thinking about coming here to reconsider.

i never leave reviews but the lady who did my eyebrows was so rude. she left so many hairs on my eyebrow and was irritated when i asked her to remove them. she also made my eyebrows uneven and too thin. Eyebrow threading

If you are getting any treading done, this is the place to go. I have been getting my eyebrows treaded here for over 5 years. They are fast and affordable. Every time I am in town, I visit the salon.

EXTREMELY rude employees, they barely do the job right. You have to ask multiple times for them to remove the hair off my eyebrows properly. That’s other than the fact she tipped herself on my card. Never coming back.

asked for a small simple rose henna tattoo and described it 3 times, but got the huge ugly circle thing on my hand. It is smeared and awful. I don’t think she understood a word I said. The woman tried to pressure me into a facial and I told her twice that I was on my lunch hour. My hand looks like a first grader painted it. 🙁

Rare 5-star rating. I love this place. The artists freehand their work and it is always beautiful. It is a special treat to be able to be the canvas to such gifted artists. Each of these symbols have a deeper meaning, expressing goodwill in various forms to the wearer. Leaving the heena on all day and treating it with sugar and lemon paste, will give you a nice, dark stain that lasts for weeks. While you’re there, it’s extremely inexpensive to get your brows threaded and they are super quick and extremely skilled.

They did really terrible and now I’m actually suicidal, I can not make this up. One of my eyebrows is thin and the other is thick. They always do this and I’m starting to think this is on purpose now. Staff is also very rude. Do not get me wrong there is a couple of nice women there who know what they’re doing but that would probably be two. The manager is also super rude and one time she did my eyebrows, and the string kept breaking every 4 seconds
