Do not waste your time here!! I called twice and spoke to a woman about getting Heena dye in my hair. I specifically told her what I wanted to do with my hair and she confirmed both times.I drove 30 min. When I went in, the workers ignored me. Then when I asked about getting Heena which I spoke with someone on the phone. They proceeded to Lie to me and say the do not have “heena” & they are a Heena salon doesn’t make sense. By the way. I’m a African American man, maybe that played a part. Worst experience.

Not the best customer service but i honestly do not care since their prices are the cheapest i have ever seen and my eyebrows always come out perfect after threading. if they don’t, i always ask to fix it and they go ahead and do it! However, the hispanic ladies waxing and customer service is excellent.

I go to this place for eyebrows ONLY if their other location Southlake is closed. The staff at this location is rude and not friendly at all. I got waxing services once from this place and it was horrible experience. Gosh……they use the same butter knives and same wax container for every customer, so DISGUSTING…… Worst case say if some other customer had any skin issues and they took waxing treatment and after that you took that treatment due to the method they follow you would get that skin issue as well. Gosh….it’s just so DISGUSTING and UNPROFESSIONAL. I don’t understand how do they get their licenses when they don’t follow hygiene.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went to get my eyebrows waxed and I wanted something natural and the lady thinned out one of my eyebrows and then refused to do the other one because of the hair length. They also were sloppy and aggressive when applying products. Not coming here again

WAXING IS AMAZING! That is the only thing great about this establishment. The hispanic lady who waxed is welcoming and very nice, didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. Had been going here for a long time, then some of the ladies who are great at threading started leaving, hadn’t been back since but today I decided to take my daughter and everyone threading is new, I told her to only clean them up, well we left with one eyebrow shorter and thinner than the other. Won’t be going back.

Came here with a friend on 4/16/22! Talk about the worst experience EVER WITH BROW tinting, I asked for tint, and I got that but she slapped it on! Two people had to come behind her and try to fix the damage, but by that time the damage was already done! Eye brows was uneven! When i told her about it she said it was because I didn’t have much hairs. Which is a lie. And if I didn’t have no hairs it should be easier to shape and get it right. I waited til the tint came off to give y’all a view how my brows look, then I have been 3x before the girl never did this. Even the lady after me had to say some because she played on her face too, and someone had to come fix hers too! Just horrible man fr

This store is not professionals service , my wife not comfortable with threading , the service lady is rude and not allowing to clean my wife’s face while doing threading the only thing is they need money , they don’t even greet the customers , the staff and billing counter lady is “VERY RUDE ” showing attitude with BIG EYES , she is talking like hell , we were only for few minutes in this store but we felt very bad and sad , we thought to take another services but we didn’t like the hospitality , they are charing extra if you are not paying by cash and forcefully demanding tips please don’t visit this place and don’t waste your time going to this store. The management Have to take serious action on it.

I think they changed management and people because I don’t recognize anyone anymore and I’ve been going since I was little and it’s horrible!!!! They’re so rude and they’re so bad at threading I was left without any hair basically!!! I naturally have bushy brows and I walked out looking like i shaved them off and drew one line with a pencil. Don’t recommend anymore at all this is the second time in a row they’ve left me looking horrible.
